TEGO® GLIDE 482 Emulsion of a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane. Used as a flow/leveling and slip additive for waterborne formulations in printing inks and overprint varnishes, wood and furniture coatings and leather topcoats. Is highly effective. Offers improved scratch resistance. Exhibits good anti blocking effect, and extreme slip effect. Imparts very good slip & anti blocking/release effect, good clarity in varnishes & degassing effect, and fair flow promotion. Improves the flow/leveling, slip and scratch resistance of a coating. Prevents cratering, pigment flooding, and flotation.
